TeenTalk Counseling

TeenTalk serves as a school-based Mental Health Program through Kids in Crisis.  The program is designed to provide students with assessment, crisis intervention, counseling, and support.

Karla Greto, LMSW, is Middlesex's TeenTalk counselor.  Through the TeenTalk program, Ms. Greto provides therapeutic services for a variety of adolescent issues, including: stress, social issues, substance use, mental health concerns, school avoidance, and academic challenges, bridging school, students and families with community supports.

TeenTalk is a program of Kids in Crisis, which provides the Darien Community with a 24/hr hotline, outreach services, and residential care. 203-661-1911
