Dear MMS Families,
Today our Eighth Graders visited DHS, where they had the opportunity to visit a Club Fair in the cafeteria and then attend a student-led presentation about DHS in
the auditorium. It was a very exciting morning!
Next week, the MMS Orchestra will be participating in our triennial District Wide String Festival on March 31. The Darien Public Schools and the Darien Music
Parents Association (DMPA) are thrilled to host acclaimed fiddler Hanneke Cassel alongside orchestra students in grades 4–12 for Celtic Joy - a vibrant celebration of fiddle music! Students will travel to Darien High School during the day to work with our guest artist and clinician, Hanneke Cassel. All MMS Orchestra students will be participating in this workshop! Join us on Tuesday, March 31st at 7:00 PM in the Darien High School Auditorium for this exciting community concert.
