Jazz Ensemble

As a community of musicians, we aim to inspire and engage young musicians through an auditioned and performing ensemble that explores the rich world of jazz and its diverse styles, including rock, funk, blues, Latin, and more. We encourage creativity, collaboration, and growth, while building confidence and a lifelong appreciation for music. This ensemble is open to students in the MMS Band (unless given special permission).

Jazz Ensemble will perform several concerts throughout the year including Winter Concert (Dec 8th) and  Spring Concert (5/18/26), and possibly more.  We will also present at other concerts.

Rehearsals: Tuesday & Thursdays 7:20-7:55 AM -- Room 122
